We want you to be completely delighted with your Warmies®, but we understand not every love story was meant to be.

Our simple 30-day* return policy makes it easier to say goodbye.

• Step 1: To begin a return, click the link and fill out the information in this form.

• Step 2: Securely pack your unused Warmies® into a box to protect them from damage on their journey back to us. Be sure to include your order number so we can process your refund.

• Step 3: Address the return package to:

*Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused with all tags still attached. 

You will receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase. This may take anywhere between 5-7 business days.
