We Offer Hassle Free Returns at Intelex Group.
We want you to be totally delighted with your Warmies® from Intelex Group. So we've created a simple, easy to follow returns policy.
All returns must be made within a 60 day period from the purchase date.
To return an item, here's what you need to do
Just package up your item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the returns form that came with the parcel,
if you have misplaced or did not receive a returns form please print off this form.
Please detail on the returns form the reason for your return.
Please make all best endeavours to ensure you have returned your items with the following details:-
  • Your Name & Order Number
  • Goods you are returning
  • Reason for returning them
  • Whether you want a replacement item or refund.   
Then please contact us on 01933 679 777 or via email on sales@warmies.co.uk to advise us you are returning your product.  Our working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

If you have received an incorrect item that you did not order...
Simply contact us on 01933 679 777 or email us on sales@warmies.co.uk so we can arrange to send you the correct item.   
Refunding your return...
You will receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.  
All returns are made at the cost of the consumer, we do not offer a free returns service.
