We are proud to offer all our UK customers a fast and efficient delivery service across our entire product range. 

Here's everything you need to know about our delivery.

• We offer FREE DELIVERY to everyone who places an order over £30. This is a tracked 48 hour service with Royal Mail. 
• All orders received after 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be processed and despatched the next working day. This may vary in our peak times. 
• Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed and despatched the next working day.
• If your order has multiple products and contains a pre-order item, please be aware that your order will be despatched in full when all items are in stock. We are very sorry but we are unable to split orders for you. 
• We use Royal Mail tracked 24 or tracked 48 for all our deliveries.
• We only ship to the UK.
• During our peak trading periods, we may need more than 2 working days to despatch your goods. 
• At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. 
• All orders require correct details on shipping address in order for prompt delivery. We are unable to make any changes once the order has been placed. 
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, they are out of stock or we have made a pricing mistake on the goods or the delivery cost, we will contact you with the correct details or offer to supply you with alternative goods. You may then cancel your order or re-confirm the order based on the correct information.
