Yes! Chilled Warmies are excellent for soothing aches and pains or cooling off on a hot day. Please follow these instructions to chill your Warmies:

1. Place your Warmies in a clean grip-seal freezer bag.
2. Leave your Warmies into the freezer for 2-3 hours.
3. Remove from the freezer and enjoy cooling comfort.

It's important to reheat your Warmies at room temperature because they're designed to retain warmth. Reheating before it returns to room temperature may cause overheating and damage. Fortunately, if you follow the care instructions, your Warmies will stay in tip-top shape for years to come!

After you’re done using your Warmies plushies or wellness products, simply store them in a cool, dry location for the next time you need a little calming comfort.

We get it — messes happen! Please follow these instructions for cleaning your Warmies:

1. Use a damp sponge, towel, or antibacterial wipe, to lightly spot-clean your Warmies.
2. Use a soft brush to refresh the soft touch of your Warmies.
3. Store in a cool, dry place after each cleaning and use.

Because Warmies contain millet and dried French lavender, putting them in a washing machine or submerging them in water will cause the filling to swell and potentially ruin the product. Fortunately, spot cleaning should work just fine!

No. Only the removable Hot-Pak® inside the toy should be placed in the microwave. The outer cover should never be heated.

First, remove the Hot-Pak® insert, then wash the plush cover on a gentle cycle using cold water and mild detergent (detergent optional). Recommended air dry only.

If the Hot-Pak® ever becomes wet, please discard in the household waste and replace. Do not heat a wet Hot-Pak®.
