For orders under £30, the cost for delivery is £5.95. 2. We offer FREE DELIVERY to our customers who order over £30 online. 3. All orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed and despatched the Next Working Day. 4. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday will be processed and despatched the next working day. 5. We use DPD carriers for all our deliveries. 6. We only ship to the UK 7. During peak trading periods, we may need 48 hours to despatch your goods.

Returns & Replacements
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us on our Customer Services number on 01933 679 777 from Monday-Friday 9am to 5.30pm If you decide to cancel your order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense.
You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a sellable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
If you fail to return the goods we may decide to collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.
